Located in the heart of Mount Lebanon, Bayssour and the surrounding villages are known for the traditional Lebanese mountain culture that has been passed on from generation to generation, and that includes the traditional recipes and food preparation methods.

We are proud to be run and operated by an all women team. We bring our values and our history to work which in turn is reflected in the products we produce by providing organic products using traditional recipes as good as your grandmother's.
